CHOCS is Changing!

CHOCS is changing! We’re excited to share the new name for our education programme teaching social entrepreneurship and employability skills to young people - Starr Pioneers.When we changed our focus in 2013 from “helping children smile” to “championing young people” it became clear that CHOCS no longer fit with our brand and mission. The programme has developed a great deal since it began and the benefits to participants have been so much more than simply smiling (although a lot of that goes on too). We are moving ahead with our plans to build our own app and are strengthening relationships between all participants, both in the UK and in the developing countries we serve.We will be announcing more details soon, so keep connected and come along to our next Starr Hub to find out more.
